It turned out a wire was loose on my RDS, which Tom promptly fixed. He then took the time to walk me through how to care for my furnace and AC moving forward. Great service with a smile! After a week vacation, we came home to our AC unit not running. We had another well known company come out and give us a quote to get up and running and they spent about 30 seconds looking at our air conditioner and gave us highly inflated quotes and pushed us to replace our 8 year old unit. 72 Degrees came highly recommended from a friend of ours, and they lived up to the high praise. I received a call from Bruce, the owner, to discuss our needs and the situation we were in and had a technician, Jason, at our house by the next morning. He spent a lot of time figuring out the best course of action and got our unit up and running for 1/3 of the cost we were quoted by someone else. Couldn’t say enough good things about how this business is run and how they treat their customers. I have no doubt in my mind that in a world full of people just trying to sell you a product, they just have your best interest in mind.
